Your organization, Builders International, is growing rapidly. The company is going through an expansion phase and wants to hire another manager for your department. As the current Operations Manager, Human Resources is asking for your help writing the job description for the open role that identifies an ideal candidates required traits, habits, and duties.
Instructions
Write a job description for an operations manager that includes the following information:
- List the job responsibilities of the operations manager.
- Explain the organizational leadership required by the operations manager.
- Describe the behavioral traits needed as an operations manager and examples of how those traits will be used on the job.
- Analyze the effective habits of a successful operations manager.
- Ensure a professional tone and proper spelling and grammar are used in the job description.
