1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of study materials, e-books, and online course access are generally final. Once you have downloaded or accessed the content, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content (we will first attempt to resolve the issue)
- Duplicate purchases made in error within 24 hours
- Content significantly differs from the description provided
- Content is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be fixed
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 7 days of purchase
- Contact our support team at refunds@studynotespro.com
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Content that has been fully downloaded or accessed
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before the renewal date)
- Bundle deals or promotional offers
- Gift cards or promotional credits
5. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings or contact support.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, your account may be suspended, and you will lose access to all purchased content. Please contact our support team before pursuing a chargeback so we can work to resolve your issue.
