From time to time NoteStore may offer special promotions, discount codes and plans (each a “Promotion”) to Students (“you”, “your”). Terms can vary by country or by Promotion, so please check the terms shown with each Promotion. If a Promotion has no terms, or points you to this page, the terms below apply. If the terms shown with a Promotion differ from this page, the terms shown with the Promotion apply.
NoteStore decides in its sole discretion whether you are eligible for a Promotion and may withdraw a Promotion and place your account on hold if we find you are not eligible. Eligibility requirements and other conditions are shown when you sign up for the Promotion or are otherwise communicated to you.
These conditions usually apply to Promotions:
- Using a Promotion requires a valid NoteStore account and your agreement to, and compliance with, the Terms of Service, which are part of these terms.
- Some Promotions have an expiry date stated in the terms that come with them.
- A Promotion applies only to purchases made through the NoteStore Platform at notestore.net, using any payment method available at checkout.
- A Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
- A Promotion is limited to one per account.
- A Promotion cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or resold.
- A Promotion can be used once unless the terms say that rewards continue.
- If you are refunded, the refund equals the amount you actually paid for the service, in line with the Refund and Payment Policy; the value of a discount is not paid out in cash.
- Promotions are shown with the price you pay; NoteStore does not add sales tax, VAT or similar taxes to Promotion prices.
- NoteStore is not responsible for attempts to redeem a Promotion that do not follow these terms, and those attempts will not be honoured.
- Misuse of a Promotion, such as creating multiple accounts to claim it more than once, can lead to cancellation of the Promotion and of the accounts involved.
- NoteStore may change or cancel a Promotion at any time.
- If you received a Promotion directly or indirectly from a third party, that party may also change or cancel it at any time.
