Open Find a tutor, choose a tutor and press View times. Pick a trial, single lesson or package, choose a date and time, then select how you want to pay. Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment is received.

Most tutors offer a free 30-minute trial lesson. Look for Free trial lesson on their profile. You can have one trial with each tutor.

Packages of 4 or 8 lessons are cheaper per lesson. You book the first lesson at checkout, then schedule the rest from My lessons whenever it suits you. Packages are valid for 3 months.

Times are shown in the tutor’s time zone, which is displayed above the calendar when you book.

You can pay with M-Pesa and the other methods shown at checkout. You choose your payment method before confirming the booking.

Choose M-Pesa / Mobile money, pay to the Paybill shown, then enter the phone number you paid with and the transaction code from your SMS. We confirm the payment and your booking shortly after.

Yes. Cancel at least 12 hours before a session for a full refund or credit. If your tutor cancels, you always get a refund or a free replacement session. See our refund policy for details.

Payments are processed through our secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Your tutor adds a meeting link to your booking before the session. Open My lessons and press Join session a few minutes before the start time.

Go to My lessons and press Cancel booking up to 12 hours before the start. To move a session, cancel it and book a new time, or message your tutor.

Contact us with your booking number. We’ll arrange a replacement session or a full refund.

Courses, notes and past papers appear under My lessons → Courses & downloads as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Download links can be used a limited number of times. Contact us with your order number and we’ll send a new link.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? and we’ll email you a reset link.

Open My lessons → Profile to change your name and phone number, or use the account settings link there to change your email or password.

Apply through Become a tutor. The application takes about 10 minutes. We review it within 3 working days and invite you to a short subject interview.

You set your own hourly rate and keep 85% of every paid booking. Earnings are shown in your tutor dashboard.
