This Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital academic resources made through NoteStore. We aim to handle genuine delivery and product problems fairly while recognizing that digital products may be delivered or accessed immediately.
1. When a refund may be available
You may contact us for a refund or another appropriate remedy when a purchased file is materially different from its product description, is corrupted or unusable, the wrong product was supplied, a duplicate payment was charged, or a technical problem attributable to NoteStore prevents reasonable access.
2. Digital products and change of mind
Because digital products may be supplied or accessed immediately, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after a product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
3. Before requesting a refund
If a file will not download, open or display correctly, please contact support first. Where reasonably possible, we may troubleshoot the problem, restore access or provide a replacement file before issuing a refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@notestore.net and include your order number, product name, purchase email address, a clear description of the issue and, where useful, screenshots or other evidence.
5. Review process
We will review the order and reported issue. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include restored access, a replacement file, correction of the problem, a partial refund or a full refund.
6. Refund timing
Once a refund is approved, the time required for the funds to appear can depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the original transaction.
7. Duplicate or unauthorized payments
If you believe you were charged twice or see a transaction you do not recognize, contact us promptly at support@notestore.net so that we can investigate.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Where possible, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve genuine delivery or payment problems. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Consumer rights
This policy is intended to operate alongside applicable consumer-protection laws. Where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded or limited, that right continues to apply.
